Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of grow.veraa.io (the "Site") and your purchase of Veraa's services (the "Services"). By using the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

The Veraa Engine is a monthly subscription that includes: a done-for-you Meta ads campaign launch with two edited video ads per month, a conversion-focused website, an AI booking engine (text follow-up, inbound receptionist, outbound qualification, and appointment booking), a GoHighLevel sub-account, weekly group coaching, access to our community, and a dedicated account executive, as described on the Site.

Fees & Billing

• The Services cost $297 per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Ad spend is not included. Any advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta Platforms, Inc. and is separate from your subscription.
• There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing grow@veraa.io.

Delivery Guarantee & Refunds

Within your first 30 days, if we fail to deliver the items listed on the Site, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee covers delivery of the promised materials and services only — it does not cover business results, revenue outcomes, or change of mind. Refund requests must be sent to grow@veraa.io.

No Earnings Guarantee

Any revenue figures, client results, or testimonials shown on the Site are examples and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, follow-up, and ad budget. Advertising involves risk, and you may not earn back what you spend.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any materials (e.g., raw footage, logos, account access) reasonably needed to deliver the Services.
• Maintain your own Meta business assets in good standing and comply with Meta's advertising policies.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and SMS consent laws for leads you contact.

Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a license to use the ad creatives, website, and automations we build for you in connection with your business for as long as your subscription is active. Our underlying systems, templates, and processes remain our property.

Third-Party Platforms

The Services rely on third-party platforms (including Meta and GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by those platforms. This Site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
