These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of grow.veraa.io (the "Site") and your purchase of Veraa's services (the "Services"). By using the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Veraa Engine is a monthly subscription that includes: a custom conversion-focused website built for your business at no additional charge, an AI booking engine (30-second lead text-back, 24/7 missed-call answering, text follow-up, appointment booking, and automated reminders), a GoHighLevel sub-account, weekly group coaching, and access to our community, as described on the Site. Managed advertising services are not part of this subscription and, where offered, are provided to existing clients under separate arrangement.
Within your first 14 days, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment for any reason — no questions asked. Refund requests must be sent to grow@veraa.io within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, though you may cancel future billing at any time as described above. Any ad spend paid directly to an advertising platform under a separate managed-advertising arrangement is not refundable by us.
Any revenue figures, client results, or testimonials shown on the Site are examples and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, lead flow, and how quickly you close. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, or jobs.
Upon payment, you receive a license to use the website and automations we build for you in connection with your business for as long as your subscription is active. If we part ways, we will provide you with your content, your lead list, and your customer conversations. Our underlying systems, templates, and processes remain our property.
The Services rely on third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel, SMS carriers, and calendar providers). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by those platforms. This Site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
